The rules of the AiB Platform in one short read — the free tools, the client portal, the paid work, and the rights the law gives you.
01Overview
Short, because it can be.
These terms govern the AiB Platform at platform.aib.solutions — the free tools anyone can use, the client portal members are invited into, and the proposal pages where paid work is agreed. Using the Platform means accepting the parts that apply to you. An accepted proposal or a separate written agreement prevails over these terms wherever they differ.
02Free tools
Free, as is — verify before you act.
The free tools check facts against official public sources we do not control — for example the European Commission’s VIES service — or read what you submit with a third-party AI engine named under the tool. They are offered free of charge, “as is” and without warranty, and nothing they return is legal, tax or professional advice: always confirm against the official source. There is no sign-in and we keep no history of your checks; a result may be cached for a few minutes and requests are counted per IP address to prevent abuse — nothing you enter or upload is stored permanently. We may change, suspend or withdraw a free tool at any time.
03The portal and paid work
Invited in, agreed in writing.
Portal accounts are created by invitation; keep your credentials confidential — what happens through your account counts as yours. Paid services are agreed by accepting a written proposal at its review link: the contract is the accepted proposal plus these terms, concluded electronically and valid under Bulgarian law, and it stays readable at the same link. Prices are the ones written in the proposal; invoices are issued electronically; card payments are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. Do not use the Platform unlawfully, probe or overload it, bypass its limits, or extract data at a scale it plainly does not invite.
04If you are a consumer
Fourteen days, by law.
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, no reason needed — an email to legal@aib.solutions is enough, and we refund within 14 days the same way you paid. If you asked us to start early, you owe the part performed before withdrawal; the right lapses once a service is fully performed — or digital content delivered — with your express consent and acknowledgment. Nothing in these terms limits a right Bulgarian consumer law grants you. Complaints are also heard by the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), whose conciliation commissions offer free out-of-court resolution.
05Content and data
Yours stays yours.
The Platform — its software, design, texts and marks — is ours or our licensors’ and may not be copied or reused beyond its intended use. What clients entrust to us stays theirs; we use it only to provide the agreed services. Personal data is processed under the GDPR and Bulgarian law — account, billing and security records, nothing more; the free tools keep no history. Write to legal@aib.solutions to exercise your data rights, or complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). 06Liability
Bounded where the law allows.
We remain liable wherever Bulgarian law says liability cannot be excluded. Otherwise: the free tools are provided “as is” and decisions taken on their results are your own; for paid services our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Force majeure excuses both sides.
07Law and changes
Bulgarian law, dated versions.
Bulgarian law governs these terms and every contract under them; disputes go to the competent court in Sofia, and a consumer keeps every mandatory venue and protection the law provides. We may amend these terms — each version carries its effective date at the top, and portal members hear about material changes in advance. If a clause proves invalid, the rest stand. The terms exist in English and in Bulgarian; if the versions diverge, the English text prevails except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
